This is a gift! Will there be a receipt in the box?

Nope! All orders are sent with a packing slip which only lists what is supposed to be in the box. This will never list prices. This also is where your gift note will appear!

What is a business day?

Please remember that everything outlined above applies to business days. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and are within normal business hours.

Which carriers do you use?

All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the speed chosen at checkout and the weight of the parcel. 

My tracking says that my order was delivered but I can't find it!

We occasionally see cases where packages are marked as 'delivered' about a day or so before they actually are delivered! We also suggest checking with neighbors, family members, or roommates to see if someone is holding on to it for you. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to show up. If it has not shown up at that point, please contact us. 

How is your company impacted by COVID-19?

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we're taking extra precautions to protect the health and safety of both you and those that are shipping our orders. That means online order shipments and customer service response times may take longer than usual, and expedited shipping methods are not currently available. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
