This is one of the best cookbooks I've ever had the pleasure of purchasing. Everyone loves tots and this cookbook has 50 different recipes involving them. There are a ton of variations in here and worth the effort that they will take to make, like most of TheFoodInMyBeard's recipes. This book is cut out in the shape and texture of a pile of cooked tots.
